I disagree with it being like a rogue-like now, as you can still savescum, it just involves making different decisions instead of your original one. Unless that's what you meant.
i have to agree with this,and as someone who has always hated the use of agents in total war games,loading till their actions failed(when enemy tries to be annoying with agents) was the best way to get around them
It would also be good if the AI didnt cheat by running to a settlement almost dead then the next time they are near full health attacking again.

Yeah, sure. A game is unbalanced if you try to exploit it. Also, water can actually kill you, if you drown yourself in it. Guess we'd better make water illegal so people don't do that.
My point of view exactly. There is a difference between something that causes harm to other people and something where one lacks self control and wants someone else to babysit them.
