Crash on unit swap

I've been playing as dwarfs for about 10 turns. Loving it so far. Plays great, and looks awesome on ultra with my 980.

But I've run into a bizarre issue. Any time I try to swap units between forces, the application crashes. I realize this is 1st day buginess and whatnot, but I am curious to see if anyone else has this issue

Yes ,Same here i thought memory leak at first but it was not
My whole pc froze for like 4 minutes and i had to End Warhammer process from task manager to make my pc function again
Did it happen to you again ?

Thanks for replying.

I managed to get it to happen again, but only under specific circumstances: using subterranean movement stance, then immediately swapping units with a force in that stance. Hasn't crashed since. I did get two crashes as a result of windows firewall, but I just added tw:warhammer to the trusted list and that stopped.

I'm glad that worked for you i think thats my case to when swaping, I hope the coming patches will address this. The game is very good so far and i feel that it deserves the money :)

Oh definitely. I'm enjoying it a lot more than Rome 2. I'm turn 40 on the dwarf campaign, and those tiny mistakes are coming back to haunt me in a big way lol

got the same problem nice to see that other also have it. haven't tried if this problem is only dwarf specific yet but would be interesting to see if the other factions also have this problem.

Yeah, the other factions have ths issue too i was playing Greenskins when the game crashed.

Having very random crashes both in battle and on campaign map. Have no idea why.

Are you using unlimited video memory? Some people are saying they get a lot of crashes with it off

I have no idea why it isn't a more prominent option. It's practically necessary in Rome 2, and it smooths out this game a lot

Did not work. I have to exit game and go to task manager to get out of locked screen. If I push a key, the game freezes...I exit and go to task manager, it unfreezes. I go back to my game, push a key, it freezes. This is taking place on the campaign map. Very frustrating!
