Sigmar, The Emperor reincarnate? or a lost Primarch?
Who do you suppose Sigmar is?
The Emperor in his own fantasy world?
A lost Primarch?
or another Deity-like being that rivals the Emperor?

Fantasy and 40K aren't connected. Sigmar is Sigmar, the dude who unified the lands of Men and drove away the roaming Chaos horrors way back when.

No Primarchs, no Emperor of Mankind, no 40K connection.

He was a man, albeit a very powerful one. He's now revered as a god.

He has no link to the god-emperor at all.

It's kinda obvious that Fantasy has zero connection to 40k, since Slaanesh is one of the dark gods.

I agree with you on the lack of connection, but Slaanesh is present in 40k, too. I'm not sure what you mean.

Maybe they're referring to Slaanesh basically being wiped from Age of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Slaanesh is born sometime around 30th Millennium & is the youngest, but in Fantasy, all the Dark Gods are about the same age, and have existed since the world came to be.

Ah. I didn't know that. I try not to pollute my mind too much with 'lore' from the Age of Smegmar.

Slaanesh was around and kicking long before Mankind even took to the stars in 40K. It was the Fall of the Eldar that brought Slaanesh into being, along with the Eye of Terror.
I'm pretty sure he's either Buddha or Goku now, Idk. I didn't really like the end stuff I read.

A surprisingingly high number of warhammer fans seem to think Fantasy battle is 40k in the past but it definately isnt. 40k is more sci-fi in nature and leads on directly from our current human history. Whilst Fantasy Battle is just a fantasy setting directly inspired by Tolkiens middle earth, though certainly not a cut and paste.

The first three Chaos Gods became sentient by the middle of the 2nd Millennium, While Slaanesh did not become, Slaanesh, a sentient being, untill the 30th Millennium.

True it was the elves' fault

You mean to say Holy Terra, the Priesthood of Mars, the Grey Knights of Titan, the shipyards of Luna and more obvious references to our own solar system points to Fantasy and 40K not being connected?! Heresy, witchcraft and mutation I say!

Also, sarcasm. Vargas78 is very much correct.

Hey, who knew pride & massive orgies would lead to the birth of a Dark God?!

I mean, ♥♥♥♥, earth is doomed.

So you mean to say that the Fall of the Eldar took place at the same time as the Horus Heresy? Uh-huh.
