Also you can group them and hit the lock icon on the group # in the unit card area, it l;ock the formation so you can just click to move
Yeah sorry, i edited my first post to explain how. I cang remeber the hotkey to lock your group formation, Was something like shift + G or ctrl + G, been a while since i play this game.
And yeah the arrow move those selctioned in formation left arrow, right arrow for strafe , up arrow forward and down arrow backward
watch this guy his beginners series. Will teach you alot about TW:W
Oh yeah that's right it's Alt+left click to drag your formation, not Shift + left click like i said in my first post. Sorry for the wrong info.
If you hold Ctrl while Alt+left click formation it will switch to swivel mode, could that be your issue?
No I hardly ever use alt or ctrl I usually just click to move them but as I said if something is in the way it totally destroys the pathing and they seem to swivel around that obstacle with the ones hitting the obstacle staying right there and the ones to the right moving foward and the ones on the left backstepping the way they came from and the movement lines end up looking like one of the diagrams from a how to solve a rubix cube book.
