Thoughts on Razorgor Chariot for Khazrak?

So I grabbed the thing out of curiosity in the mini campaign, and I immediately thought of it as a downgrade for the One-Eye. He went from being a monster in combat to a complete joke. Anyone else had a similar experience? Feel free to disagree, I want to hear how people use it effectively if possible.

In MP battles I use the chariot in order to disrupt the ennemy ranks (usually quarellers). However you need to bring some minotaurs or at least centigors and hounds since his mount has a poor melee defence thus making Khazrak squishy. It's less risky to just use a razorgor chariot unit though.

Minotaurs definitely get things done, I always have 3-4 on GC and make sure to bring at least one in MP.
Edit: Was surprised to see Centigors do well, as pistol cav for Empire have given me a dislike for light cav in TW:W.

bloody horrible tbh.... I would have preferred it if Khazrak could ride a dragon or something, that chariot makes him kinda garbo against flying champs.

Mounts change the role of your leader on the battlefield.
With the chariot your lord goes from being a combat monster to a rank disruptor. Use him right and he'll win you battles but not in the same way as before.
