Theyre called a doe. You can get them as followers in the beastmen campaigns for your Lords and heroes.

Harpies are not the beastwomen, not much is known about them other than they are much more docile in comparison to the males

Yep, there are. According to lore, they are opposite of the male. Being more timid and docile.
No official miniature nor illustration of Beastwoman however...

In game you can get harpy and doe as followers who are females beastmen by the description. But for the most part enslaved females do the job.

I think kind of half men half beastmen according to what I read (don't ask me where the logic in that). And they are lesser than ungor in social hierarchy.

scientifically should they produce some kind of mule like halfbreed which would be infertile. So those breeding cages wouldn't really work in the long run :o

I think strongest beastmen born from beastmen on beastmen action or something like that. Humans mostly breed ungors who are garbage tier beastmen.
