Chaos warriors for 800 atleast but not these guys.
They are worth it but take 2 of them max. The best anti-dwarf build i found so far is 2 chosen with great weapons 4 chaos warriors with great weapons, sigvald, death lore 2 or 3 trolls without armour and hounds. Use the hounds against the artillery while your warriors attack the main dwarf line, the chosen need to flank and the trolls need to penetrate the ennemy lines to kill the archers. Just use fate of bjurna with your sorcerer.
The problem with chosen and chaos in general is that in ranked you can't choose the map so you have two options : leave until you find the right one or play on a flat huge map (hello artillery and gyrocopters ;3).
A horde faction should definitely be faster (not very tt friendly though, remember how chaos spawns could be suicidal/annoying as chaos/beastmen ?).
