Restoration faction to the game

Is there a mod that restores destroyed fractions in the game again , like in attyla when you raise the city end you may restored previous fraction.

Not with that particular method, but the short answer is yes.

To resurrect a faction you need to own their previous territory (might only work with the capitol), and simply let a rebellion happen. Let them take a city and voilà. Resurrected. They'll probably hate you though.

No mods needed.

There is a mod that gives you the ability to restore dead factions when you capture their capital
