Steam related question, how do I refresh a page?

As in is there a way to refresh a page in the Client without just clicking on something else to change the page and then reverting back to the same page?

F5 usually does the trick.

(Rarely, mine acts up, but completely closing all Steam processes and starting it back up against usually resolves that problem.)

In the upper left corner, there should be a loop arrow under the back arrow and beside the Steam URL. That's the refresh button.

It was not there but Ranger told me to go to settings to disply URL page which also includes the refresh page button.

F5 doesn't work for the library and there is no refresh button for it either.... So how do I refresh the library without closing and re-opening steam?
