Ironbreakers are not balanced for other factions
the amunition for these units alone make them extremely OP...they are able to wipe out squads in like 5 secs with their gernades they should have no more than 2 squad tosses the ninjas in shogun had the same ability but their amunition was low and they were not tank units that could single handly destroy melee units as well

And then all of a sudden one black orc unit went in and 3v1ed some ironbreakers

They are not OP. They costs almost the same as giant and guess what. Black Orcs still beat them in combat. Without that ability, they are just completely useless.

Their charges really aren't all that strong. They look impressive, but they don't deal that much damage. Send in cheap units first if the morale loss bothers you.

They fulfill their role quite well: Stopping the enemy from getting to the more important dwarf units like ranged infantry, artillery and melee specialists who can then flank. Ironbreakers don't need to win a fight against black orcs unsupported, they just need to hold them off long enough.

Very true, but in terms of a 1v1 head-on clash, Ironbreakers will beat Black Orcs as long as they are braced (not moving) for the Black Orc charge. They win a little easier if they get to throw their grenades at the approaching orcs, but they still win without them, as long as they're braced.

The only time the Black Orcs reliably beat them is if the Ironbreakers are walking forward into the Black Orc charge and don't have their grenades.
