Unfortunately they'd have a big disadvantage because Games Workshop never updates their units or army book, so...
Also, this trangression of a thread has been noted in the Dawi book of grudges!

Like a fart in the wind
For the most part, the Warhammer Dwarfs simply won’t be able to defend properly against air attacks, because besides helicopters the Warcraft Dwarves also have gryphon riders wielding hammers that throw lightning, and, on top of that, they have CAVALRY. Warcraft Dwarves are basically Dwarfs on steroids.
If you remove the Gnomes from the equation, the battle becomes much more balanced—without the Gnomes, the Dwarves lose a significant portion of their engineering advantage, though they still retain magic, the power of the Elements, cavalry, gryphon riders, steam tanks, and other artillery. If you take the Dark Iron Dwarves and all other Dwarves as allies against the Warhammer Dwarfs, I’d say it becomes a much more even fight, since the Warhammer Dwarfs should theoretically have numerical superiority. However, even then, they lose in mobility and have fewer engineering contraptions. If the Gnomes join forces with the Dwarves, well, in that case, it’s the end for the Dwarfs.
