I want to say Dio Brando
with his ZA WARUDO
and his ROADO ROLLA DA
he'd be unstoppable.

Even Grimgor Ironhide wont be able to match up to him..(if fighting in a cave or at night)

11 seconds stopping time for everything else, the more frequent he use, the longer he can use ZA WARUDO

Besides the lazer part he dosent seem anything diffrent then vlad...and vlad has all kinds of his own powers so..


The anime seems almost parody like though, so i dont know if a real comparison is possible because it looks like one of those intentionally ♥♥♥♥♥♥ strength level people that they tend to have now.

oh his strength isnt that strong compared to the others that come
and his followers
and yes the anime is more of a hyper action, comedy, manly show~
but nevertheless I always have a profound opinion that Dio Brando as a vampire is considered one of the few strongest in existence.. thats not including the pure Horned Men (Vampires) who are Kars (Cars), Esidisi (ACDC) and Whammu (WHAM!)

(yes the author of the show named most of the villains after famous musicians, bands and songs along with the Ending theme songs playing Music that are the top of their line in 1980s-1990s)

Sakuya Izayoi would clean them both up. But seriously though I think Vlad would win because he has magic and Dio probably can't instant kill him even with the world. Dio would need to start in an ambush position close enough to Vlad for him to kill vlad in the time pause otherwise Dio would get mulched.

true he's a close range fighter

but one of his trademark move is to stop time and throw like.. 20-30 daggers.
