fulfilling an old grudge does give you a nice boost to public order for sometime, however.
Open the Book of Grudges, and in the top left (I think) of each open grudge will be a number indicating its "value". Each grudge has both a base value and an age multiplier, so if you have a grudge with a base value of 2 and an age modifier of 2 (for going a period of time unfulfilled), it will be contributing a total of 4 Grudge Points to your Grudge-o-meter.
Also assassination is not realy how dwarfs do things. My way was more like a proper way.
No. A grudge related to faction or character that got wiped out will dissapear.
Yeah my problem is that I have an old assassinate grudge with a value of 8.
