Vlad "made" Mannfred, and vampires are stronger the older they are and the closer they are from Neferata, the first vampire.

Plus, he's actually a good ruler, probably better than most elector counts.

Mannfred he is an awesome leader compared to Vlad. Yes Vlad is powerful but Mannfred is cunning as hell due he use some human to kill Vlad and also killed Gelt.

Vlad is a bit naive seriously he live for century and fall in love and created his weakness.

Mannfred just like to backstab people. He is the kind of guy that if you are dangling off a ledge with him holding your feet so as to not fall off. And he happens to have a dagger. He will stab you and doom himself aswell.
