All Provinces vs. Factionwide
In the Vampire Count Research Tree, under the Book of Lamia, the first tech grants extra growth and income in all provinces. The second one, immeditely to the left grants bonus Vampirirc Corruption, factionwide. What is the difference between all provinces and factionwide?

Province the whole region that your settlements make up like Eastern and Western Syvania. Factionwide, I belive, refers to any settlement you own even if you do not control the whole provience. So Provience are when you control all settlements in a region and factionwide refers to all your settlements unconditionally. Thats my best guess.
By provinces it means all of your settlments.

It means vampiric corruption factionwide because both buildings AND characters spread vampiric corruption.
