Cairn Wraiths don't have a problem against dwarves because their attacks are both magical and armour piercing.
Dwarf units don't regenerate unless they have some kind of special banner, the heroes and lords don't seem to get regeneration either from a convenient source so flaming attacks aren't as essential as armour piercing ones.
If in campaign . move your lord and army to close of them , spam Zombie disable Slayer or range unit ,Charge every unit at same time .

Besides that, cycle charging Varghulfs, Vargheists and Crypt Horrors are your best bet (I don't like the terrorgheists in campaign, too much upkeep, not to say they can't be worth it).
