Max armor effect?
Yo guys, I'm reading some discussions now and I can't find the answer on this question:

if a low dmg unit hits high armored one, let's say 20 dmg against 120 armor,

then the armor substraction should be between 48 and 120. But even the minimum is greater value than unit's damage..

there is probably some maximum, yes? or unit is doing 0 dmg?

You can search on Google for the post, but the quick of it is that armor rolls between [1/2 armor, armor] as a percentage (so 60% - 120% with 120 armor). The damage gets reduced by that percent (but never below 1 point of damage).

AP damage always goes through, as expected.

To be fair, the game never explains it at all. But yes, heavy armor can pretty much negate non-AP damage.

It isn't a percentage, but a flat number between half your armor value and the full amount.

In any case, it always has a minimum of 1 damage per successful attack.
