starlight forge

Where is it? In the Elves campaign it says i have to build this building to open a council seat slot. As far as I can see there is no such building.

Should be in the same tab as the other 3 council buildings.

Unless it's a bug, then the elves have 2 additional building type options. There's the usual military-economy-support and then there's the 2 temples (ereth khial+kurnous), which are in pink, and then the 4 council buildings, which are in light green, starlight forge should be among them.

I can not see it. Unless its in a specific location/province it just is not there. Im missing something obvious, but what is it?

Look for that icon. It's present and available to build in any Athel Loren province, so if you're missing the building icon entirely then check you need to check your mods.

When you hover the mouse over the councel seat it gives the following tool tip.

This office position will unlock once you have built the following buildings " STARLIGHT FORGE "

The link you sent says Unlocks the "Starlight Craftsman" Elven Council position and nothing more. It doesnt even have a building name attached to it.

Theres an obvious answer to this, im sure of it. But its confusing non the less

Might not be present in the mini-campaign, seems like none of the council buildings are present on those screenshots.

That probably explains it ! If this is the case then what a waste of a feature in the wood elf
campaingn.

Solved. It is only available to build from a capital city. Dont know how I managed to overlook this
