For Woodelves its a very cool Target. You get lots of money for attacking and from the outposts since almost every City there is a Harbour.
Other factions have a real hard time to destroy the Norsca because they just die up there even if they dont fight. You need lots of armies and lots of time. Its not worth it.
Also, Bretonnia. The anti-norsca research option and the encampment stance makes attrition a non-issue for them.
The Dwarfs/Greenskins can have a really easy time of it, since there's a hold you can take up north and the underway/encampment stances let you avoid most of the attrition, but they're so far south that you won't get stacks up north until well into the late game.
Unless you're a madman and abandon Karaz a Karak to go start your campaign up there. I was thinking of doing that one day with Grombrindal, just for an idea. I know you can mod play as Kraka Drak but that's not the idea I had in mind. Could all just fall flat of course, but I haven't tried it yet.
