Press Delete to lock to the selected unit. Press Insert to go first person.

We already have a third person function, but if your talking about directly controlling units I don't think it would be a good idea. It would be great novelty but it wouldn't be used often. Or it would be overpowered and used all the time, until its nerfed into a novelty.

It would work if your whole army would go in AI mode wile you controling one Hero or Lord. You just could give them orders like, protect me, follow me, attack my target, aso. Would be fun.

That would be fun, but I think if they went in that much depth they might as well make an entirely new game :P

It wont be that hard to do - Tag on an engine and sell it as DLC.
