Meantime the AI gets all their gear the moment they reach the correct level and have no requirements to be met nor forcing any specific action.
Get a mod that removes the quests and just gives you the items at the correct levels, the quests are tedious busy work and highly annoying. I wish they had used these quests to put in interesting fights but they did not.
Same. I get why the AI doesn't have to do the battles/quests for theirs, but I like earning the legendary gear with the quests. Plus they're (mostly) easy ways of getting extra XP and cash rewards. Modding them out and just getting the items sort of defeats the purpose.
However, there are some quests that are rather pointless or boring like deploying an agent to the other side of the map...
You can teleport to the quest for like 500gold.
No need to cross the map.
The only ones that you technically need to do that would be those you need to send and deploy an agent in x province.
You can just send the agent by himself while you keep doing other stuff with your armies.
