Missing legendary lord's gear?
My Orion and Durthu are both 20+ level now. However, I don't see their legendary weapons anywhere. Is the legendary weapon effect added to the character once certain level reachs? If that's the case, my Durthu doesn't have the ability come with that sword. Anyone knows how to tell the difference?

Once you meat the requirements you unlock the quest for them to get their gear.

How do I trigger the quest?

Check in the top right corner near the mini map. There is a quest list.

Thank you so much!

Yes you need to do a stupid chain of quests that force you to do idiotic things like hire certain units, cross the bloody map 3 times, fight 3 armies of chaos with them on the defense at the top of a huge mountain while you need to climb a mountain to even get in melee range.

Meantime the AI gets all their gear the moment they reach the correct level and have no requirements to be met nor forcing any specific action.

Get a mod that removes the quests and just gives you the items at the correct levels, the quests are tedious busy work and highly annoying. I wish they had used these quests to put in interesting fights but they did not.

You really find them that annoying? I kinda like doing all these different things.

Same. I get why the AI doesn't have to do the battles/quests for theirs, but I like earning the legendary gear with the quests. Plus they're (mostly) easy ways of getting extra XP and cash rewards. Modding them out and just getting the items sort of defeats the purpose.

Some quests are nice and I enjoy listening to the pre-battle speech of my Lord.

However, there are some quests that are rather pointless or boring like deploying an agent to the other side of the map...

If you read the stories behind them, you'd get why that's the case. And to be honest, it isn't that hard to get a hero to blightwater.

You can teleport to the quest for like 500gold.

No need to cross the map.

The only ones that you technically need to do that would be those you need to send and deploy an agent in x province.

You can just send the agent by himself while you keep doing other stuff with your armies.
