Better leadership too. That's the real downside to goblins.
Even then, they'll muck up anything long enough for your more hard hitting units to do their business. The Goblin's leadership may be numerically lower than the Orc Boyz, but the fact that their Melee Def. is higher means that they'll stick to a melee grind longer than an Orc Boy, whose leadership will fall faster due to their poorer Melee Def. and seem to route off just as fast as a Goblin.
As long as you're not using regular Night Goblins as fodder, you should be fine. The RoR Night Goblins are quite good too.
In the early Greenskins game I use both. Gobbos to hold the line, and the Boyz run at the flanks so they can get their charge bonus in. They're merely meant to hold you over in the campaign map until you can get Bigguns, Black Orcs, and the rest of the fun Greenskins units. If you're only playing custom battles and whatnot, then there's really no reason to use Boyz since you have access to the better stuff.

Was pointing out that they do have a use, it's just in the campaign. They're a stepping stone unit and you only use them in the early game.
