kislev is more polish then russian though, i would say they are a mix off russia and poland, more leaning towards polish

But the real answer is simple. Warhammer is heavily based on earth, geography is the same, lots of parallels to be made (with very obvious references).
Take Araby, which means Arabia, and is exaclty like Arabia back in the days with coastal cities, a desert, heaps of wealth and ultra-religious people.
Same goes for the mystical lands in the far-east; Cathy (old world for China).
Now by that logic Britain would be Albion, which is a Greek word for Britain, a rainy, foggy island off the coast of France/Bretonia inhabited by Celtic warrior like people.
This is the only answer that has any meaning in this thread and makes sense.
