Help with recruiting

I'm new to this game so i don't know what's wrong, i'm playing with the vampire counts, but now i can just recruit from the mausoleum (skeleton warriors and so on), I really need to get some bats and vargheists but it won't let me. I have all the buildings and i already recruit some of them for another lord but it won't let me do it again, what i'm doing wrong?

Yep, i even tried taking the lord to exact settlement.

Is your lord in "march" stance? If so you can't recruit at all. Or does it have a full stack of 20 units?

No, he's stance is "none" and have 16/20 units

I have the cash and i didn't recuit anyone because i want those flying units.

You are not in a city that is being sieged I asume?

Are you sure that you're in the recruitment pool and not the resurrection pool? Are their cards even there? but bleached an red, if so, if you hover your mouse over it, it should show a red text that's telling you why you can't recruit them.

Could you post a screenshot?

You see those arrows below the cards and on the sides in the recruitment pool? Click on them.

use the slider under the recruitment options screen, they are to the right after the dark knights :)
