Age of Sigmar is not Warhammer Fantasy. I understand being a fan of a similar brand, however this forum is fundamentally the wrong place to even make this request.

You want the Total War forums, as the devs are unlikely to look or care at this forum. I will state that adding Stormcast Eternals would be a fairly significant business risk as the main market for this game is the people who would feel most offended or upset by adding in true AoS only units. Either individuals who liked the original Warhammer Fantasy and are somewhat rightfully upset to see it so unceremoniously destroyed, or individuals who simply followed the memes on AoS' initial faulty launch, or, lastly, individuals whose favored armies got removed with the launch of AoS.

Unfortunately for your desires, this is a commercialistic game, meaning raw sales numbers do matter, and Stormcast Eternals wouldn't have those. Frankly, it's not the right audience. Furthermore, as I mentioned, Warhammer Fantasy and Age of Sigmar are not the same, and that goes through to license, so, much as it sucks for you, they'd need an Age of Sigmar licensing deal to actively include the Eternals.

In terms of raw numbers, the costs would be astronomical with no gain, and convincing the CEOs of taking such a large financial risk would be insane.

I'm sorry to say that if the Eternals are your obsession or main race, you're not going to get them in this game barring having them be modded in.

Well, Stormcast Eternals are basically space marines already anyway. They even have bolters.

And @OP: I hope they never, ever put anything from that Age of Sigmar abomination in the game. Would make me instantly stop playing it.

Impossible. This game takes place before the heresy that is the End Times period and what came after, which is the Age of Sigmar, which in essence, is a completely different game with a different rule set.

If you REALLY want them in game, then I suggest you learn how to make a mod for them because most, if not all modders here probably hate Age of Sigmar.
