If a Khornate invasion happens, plan ahead. Giving up is pretty much just guaranteed death, one way or another.
I dont think Khorne would accept the sacrifice of a weakling
and he hates people worshipping him instead of fighting...
Build a Temple of Khorne = you're a failure
Be a Khornate Mage = you're a failure
Be a Khornate Librarian = its a passable thing since Librarians dont use "Magic". Instead they use their mind powers to blow people apart
so basically Blood C anime all over again
where the giant bunny demons put all these humans in a bag.. and then grind/blend them like a blender as blood is spilt everywhere?
And anyway, at least in Warhammer fantasy books there were cases of wizards worhiping Khorne. In malus Darkblade cycle there was a beastmen priest of khorne who used his magic to buff his own physical prowess magnificently and fight his oponents head on. And it actualy pleased Khorne. I bet any practitioner of the lore of the beasts would do, and in case of Wh40k any biomancy psyker. BA librarians and Mephiston would make perfect Khornate psykers.
But thats the irony.
In 40k
Khorne despises magicians wizards and mages....
But he had a few Psykers almost reaching daemonhood
E.g. Azariah Kyras.
its just. every time i read something about a Khorne follower, s it 40k or Fantasy.. they are already screaming idiots who bash stuff. Like half braindead Persons.
I really had to laugh at the Nightlords Novel. Its about some Chaos Space Marines and one of them follows Khorne. And he .. like those guys always do.. did always repeat that "blood for the Blood Good.. Skulls for the blablabla.." and one of the other Guys of his troop always slaped him in the face and told him to shut up. "Oh man just shut up with your constant blubbering.. yeah we get it already.. no need to say that stuff all day long". :)
Khorne also dulls pain on his units
so they dont feel pain
and also its a sense to remove them from gaining any "masochism" fetish which would then change them to slowly become worshippers of Slaanesh
:B
fun story.
Tzeentch is "EVERYTHING IS ACCORDING TO PLAN"
'OH MY GOD! YOU CRASHED THAT SPACE HULK INTO AN ACTIVE VOLCANO! BUT DONT WORRY ITS ALL PART OF A GRAND SCHEME!"
"OH MY TZEENTCH! OUR CHAOS SORCERER LORD ACCIDENTALLY GOT BEHEADED AND IS DEAD! DONT WORRY! ITS ALL PART OF TZEENTCH'S WILL"
"OH WOW TURNS OUT WE ARE ATTACKING ANOTHER CHAOS SPACE MARINE CHAPTER THAT WORSHIPS TZEENTCH! GUESS WHAT? ITS ALL PART OF TZEENTCH'S WILL!!!!"
It's the benefit of being an entity that exists in a plane without time, thereby already knowing everything that has or will ever happen.
