For example, in Master of Death W'soran drinks from a savage orc and gains an invigorating rush because of the different makeup of orc blood versus say a human or skaven's blood.
Abhorash and Zacharias both drank dragons blood and Abhorash "cleansed" the weakness of being a vampire from such an act, not sure if Zachy boy suffered the same efects but we do know it made him extremely powerful.
Still, just because it bleeds doesn't mean it's always in the best interest. A skaven snuffing warpstone all day every day can cause some warpstone addiction. Though I can't recall any specifics I'd assume draining a heavily corrupted chaos warrior would also lead to some unwanted side effects.
It was Ulrika of Straghov who drank blood from a chaos warrior and it almost made her go insane. Drinking blood from anything tainted with chaos is a bad idea for vampires.
