yes, because i need exploits and cheats to win as i just bought this game 10 minutes ago
you might want to look up the definition of exploit aswell
combining 2 things that are both working as intended, to create a bigger effect a.k.a combo, is considered exploit?
because when i looked up exploit, i got something simmilar to this "abusing a system or malfunction that shouldn't be possible,to your advantage"
How is that an exploit? It's just...the game?
Holy crap, I've been playing as the Empire and trading with the Wood Elves AND the Dwarfs AT THE SAME TIME!

Exploits for the win.
what is cavalry?
the question was simple, does kindleflame work together with banner of eternal flame to give everyone being affected by the banner +12% damage
i usually play greenskin so hero option is limited
and if i play empire, then i usually aim for a light wizard as for me that lore suits best for my playstyle
i got a bright wizard from the quest, so that's why i wondered.
allright then, sounds good
another buff to my frontline
Speaking of the banner of eternal flame:
1) What does it do exactly? Convert all normal damage to flame damage? Give some kind of 15% extra flame damage? What are the numbers?
2) Does it work against ethereal units? Since it switches normal damage from physical to fire, it should bypass their 75% damage resistance right?
3) How is flame damage compared to armor piercing? Since flame damage sounds magical to me, it should bypass armor no?
Any clarification would be appreciated, ty!
yes it changes the damage from physical damage to fire damage (a type of magical)
fire damage would lean more towards siege damage if you ask me now
but technically what it does, is change the damage from physical to an element (magical) and units like ethereal etc who normally are good against physical (-75% damage reduction) now get destroyed.
regarding armor piercing, nothing changes. armor piercing is physical, and will allways be.
armour piercing has it's own formula: long story short. if an attack hits (calculation between attackers melee attack vs defenders melee defense) then the damage will be a calculation of physical damage(including armour piercing) vs armour
armour piercing damage is allways applied, when the attack hits
this means unit a with 40 damage (12 normal and 28 armour piercing) will allways do minimum 28damage + the result of calculation between regular damage (nonarmour piercing vs armour)
it sounds wayt complicated then it really is, but again long story short the more armour piercing you have, the more damage you do even if you fight unarmoured dudes, as your armour piercing damage is guaranteed.
the reason hy i brought this question up, was for the banner of eternal flamz + bright wizzard passive (map wide) to give my army a large boost (+12%) dmg which was very useful early in my empire campaign
