The name's confusing

As an older gamer, I initially thought this was a remake of this:

An oldie but goodie, but now I see it is an iteration of FTL. I wish it had another name and I hope you don't get into legal trouble as I'll be watching this closely to see if it develops into its potential.

Trademark for Space Rogue was forgotten, we checked it at the start of the development. Our company acquired legal rights for it, so - we hope - there will be no conflicts.

We don't plan to spoil this good name, of course.

As a fan of the original Space Rogue, that I played on Commodore 64, and since it is utterly a pioneer game, I am not amused that you purposefully chose that name.

Trademark or not, I don't respect that kind of decision.

I have space rogue classic. I don't like it. Handles poorly without a joystick. The other one looks like it isn't even the same game. I was hoping for a remastered game.
