No padlock

Hello, I've been trying to pass the chapter 7, only then I learned that game somehow skipped the chapter 1 one for me, so without padlock I can't seem pass the stage. Also everytime I enter the game load my recent save file it creates a new safe file in itself from chapter 2, only after then I can load to the recent.
Would appreciate if anyone have idea to resolve it or have a save file from chapter 7 or 8 so I can continue without replayin all over again.
