Can't log in or change my password

I created an Arc Games account for this game, and every time I try to log in it says "invalid password"
So I thought maybe I made a typo, so I reset my password, and made sure I typed slowly.
The thing is, the typo I apparently made consisted of 10 characters, whereas when I reset it the password was 9 characters. However, when I go to the account settings page on Arc, under Password it displays 10 asterisks. Does anyone else have this problem? It's extremely annoying

Same here. I'm even logged into my arc account while trying to start Swordsman. I can log into Star Trek Online but Swordsman just keeps saying invalid user name/password every time.

Just heard back from support and they suggested I change my password, I did that via the account settings on the Arc website and I can now login to the game.

Already tried changing the password. Same problem. I am using my email. I can log into my arc account and into Star Trek Online but if I try Swordsman I get the same username/password is incorrect.

I submitted a ticket as well and they answered with telling me to use my email address which I already told them I was using in the text of the ticket. Great help.

I know this might sound strange, but have you tried to log-in on the website?
Have you tried to log-in in any other Arc games recently?

This might be a slight mistake on your end... or something else.
(Just trying to help at finding if it's your account or the game's fault)

I had a similar problem, where I got the "Error 10" message, and apparently it's something to do with upper cases on your account name, so you might want to try using your e-mail instead.
