How to get requests?

So I've completed the game, and the DLC. I've hired all the special heroes, and right now I'm grinding through making 50 of every weapon. However, I have STILL not found four of the requests. Why? How do the requests come up? Is it your fame level? I'm currently 488k, and like I said, I've completed everything. Even all my heroes are max level, and I've even purchased all the upgrades and items and stuff for your shop. It seems REALLY stupid if you have to just sit there for hours and hours grinding minor requests to gain the tiny bits of fame, and if 488k is too low for FOUR heroes, then it's going to take forever to get enough.

Here's the four I need. Any tips for this? It just seems really strange that I've done literally everything, and still haven't managed to get them. I see that a full 9% have the Kamen Tater's request done, and yet don't have a bunch of other achievements I do have, which seems crazy. Is it bugged or something?

Yeah this was about a year ago so I've got them, and actually that's my guide I made afterwards, haha, thanks for posting it here for people to find if they need it!

Thx for the guide and the tipps. Will 100% it in the next days too. Had only some problems with the Request from Kamen... Now after clearing that everything is far too easy XD
