How do I do that?
Just rename it something along the lines of 'Kira's Character [Spoilers]' and we'll be good to go, or feel free to ping me a private message :)
Just did
Depending on which ending you've reached in Always, Kira explains why she struck a deadly deal with with a sea-spirit to take human form. There are quite a few aspects to her decision, but her primary aim is to try and understand something that seems unfathomable to her.
Hope that helps! =)
Hello. Explain please,
1. Did Kira take away human souls only to preserve the human form, or was there some other reason (for example, in exchange for the human soul, did she, if only for a short time, but put in order an ecosystem or something like that)?
2. What happens to Kira in both endings? In good, she just loses human form or disappears forever? In bad ending, does she still have the opportunity to take on a human form, or does she also die?
3. Also, what happens to the protagonist in the finale of a bad ending? The soul returns to him for a short time, or he/she stays forever with Kira.
P. S. Thanks for the good story.
Hey Aloof, very happy to hear you enjoyed the story, thanks for the support!
So, before I answer your questions, I just wanted to say that I don't want to give absolutely everything away, especially as more will be revealed in Iridescence (the direct sequel)/other entries in the series (such as: http://neonight.games/index.php/stories/), but I'll see what I can do
1. To preserve her human form - she had a deep loathing for humans so this wasn't an issue for her initially.
2. She has the same fate in both endings
3. The protagonist's soul doesn't return to them in the 'bad' ending
I hope that helps!
Ok, i'll wait with interest.
That is, she didn't have opportunity to kill them in another way and in more mass numbers?
Thanks a lot.
So, she's a spirit?
I would hesitate to use the word 'god', but if it helps you can think of her like that. 'Kira' (which is her 'human' name) is the guardian of the sea who has taken human-form.
She was able to kill before taking human form, but whether she has or not hasn't been revealed Her primary objective has always been to protect the seas through maintaining harmony though
Sorry if i'm bother you, but if she was negative about humanity from the beginning and was skeptical that people could change, then why didn't she still kill them? Or will it be revealed in sequel?
You're not bothering me!
I would say her views towards humans were more conflicted and confused. She was born a fully innocent being and simply couldn't fathom how humans could disregard their planet in such a way. She wanted to find out more about them, what their reasoning was... and beyond that experience a totally different life from her own, one that seemed richer.
I hope that helps! Although, the sequel doesn't focus directly on Kira, but definitely reveals more lore
What sequel may that be?
