Does patrol still bring in troops when you have max fealty? I have max fealty and my troops are stuck in the 30k+ while my neighbors are in the 70k+.. I keep defending but I'm unable to take cities because I don't have enough troops to defend 2 frontlines.

As you increase your title you can deploy more troops.

Base troops increase with population
You lead more troops by getting titles
Troop regeneration is based on city tech

Under the Strategic orders, select placate and use it on nearby small cities to get them to support your city. They have important bonuses like population increases, commerce, farming, leadership etc.

I also found that the investigation command is very important to winning this game as you can find new cities to pressure that weren't on the map before and of course the other benefits. I usually investigate cities constantly until I get no results, then I come back later to repeat the process.

Higher fealty increases your recruited troops every period. Recruiting troops increases your army pool which consists of able fighters, wounded and returnees.

Your troops are probably dying at a rate higher than what you recruit every period. It's really hard to build a force when AI is constantly slaughtering you. Either find a ceasefire or pray AI find another target. BTW, ceasefire is not too hard to get if you negotiate it personally.

In the South East where Sun Quan forces at, there is a village called "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥" .... I think they forgot to put the cap in as Longdong could be Long Dong = Eastern Dragon village, or ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ = Shi Ting = I don't know how to translate that one haha .

Also, does anyone know the rate that the soldier recruiting at, is it monthly or daily???
In my game, Liu Biao max out his troop at 100k at the castle and just sit there but he doesn't seem to have the max population.

Some cities have boosted rates for everything. And a few cities that in previous version were major strongholds, are now just weak bunk cities with the same slow rates as any small city. Like the nanman city in the bottom left corner, recruit new troops like crazy. I played down there before, but the food/gold production doesnt match the troop recruitment. So you end up having a nice sized army but no little to support it, and its worse because of the far distance you have to travel to get anywhere.
