Should I get the PS4 or PC version?

I'd suggest getting the PC version. It's fairly polished, you get the custom character editor, and (from my understanding) some DLC content that is not yet available on consoles. I prefer being able to scroll through the entire map with the keyboard and mouse as well ~

all the dlc is there but some of it was exlusive to retailers which is retarded. If you want all the dlcs get pc version imo.

I have it on ps4 and although I love it I do wish we had the editor and we can't create a bio for a created character which is frustrating as it auto fills saying the name of the character excelled at all aspects strategy and politics it does my head in. Also the ps4 has some serious frame rate issues when in large scale battles

Nox laying down the truth. Koei's port game is pretty damn weak. Thankfully these two titles are made on PC.
