So when you say you have 45 portraits, does that mean 45 for the Officer CG thing and 45 for the pictool?
Yeah. There are 45 unique portraits. I made 2 sets of images for each one so a total of 90 image folders.
Also you might want to say in your guide that loading the gallery that contains the breathing images and the batch 7 images will take time(at least for me) so don't get impatient and assume sanpictool isn't working :)
Thank you for the positive feedback Ʋєяєтняαgηα ! I agree with you that finding portraits can be absolutely dreadful. Took me a couple hours to figure out how to register and sign in to those forums in the first place. The female portraits are pretty special since we're given so few in the base game.
I went ahead and added your notes to the guide :D . Definitely true that it takes a while for portraits to be imported in-game.
Lastly!
A quick notification that I created animations for all of the Famitsu + Lawson + Kikkawa portraits in the main post above. These will allow for the characters to breathe in-game which is really awesome. I spent quite a lot of time checking and rechecking them to make sure that they flowed smoothly. I looked everywhere for them in the game data but like the Specialty (DLC portraits) the originals were only static.
That was a fast update! I was about to edit them then your post came up so thanks! Keep up the good work! I'm hoping you will add/find more portraits :)
Edit: If you would like I could upload some of my portraits that I found over the internet. Though it will be just a handful of portraits and it will be anime themed lol
Many thanks!
There is a guide folder located within the 1Gb winrar file. It contains 9 images which show how to use sanpictool and import breathing portraits ~.
Of course, give me a few minutes and I'll have it up. Working on getting things ready now ~
Just wanted to let you know that Version 1.1 of the ROTK 13 Portrait Compilation Project and Guide has been uploaded. I've put together a changelog to let you know what has been altered (almost everything). I also added separate downloads for each of the parts of the compilation for your enjoyment. I hope you like the material that I've provided!
Cheers!

Edit: I just found out that using van's editor, you can give your custom characters battle and domestic portraits :)
