Child stats and marriage mechanics

I just finish my yellow turban campaign and now wanted to explore using what I know previous game. So started with Zhao Yun as a patriot chasing skirt and good general.

yellow turban campaign:
Married some generic wife. Confiscated item from both of them. Triggered broken bond on both. 1st child from 1st marriage didn't have a mother when born. Game locks me from marrying again after getting Ma Yunlu as 3rd marriage (last and only wife). So 2 child 1 has a mother the other doesn't.

Dongzhuo campaign:
Married Wang Yi and Da Qiao. Both 1 child male and female. I intend to just follow the timeline until Zhuge Liang appears before forming a force.

I am thinking of just playing father until after year 208 (which I finished my 1st campaign). By then both kids will be at the age of joining the army.
Not recruiting any general, going to execute every single soul that belong to opposition force. Gonna limit my game to Zhao Yun, Zhang Liao, wives and children.

Any means to give up ruler to my kids instead of suicide in battle?
If it gets impossible to beat, daughter and son may create 3rd generation since Zhao Yun and Zhang Liao had long lifespan.

Does marrying the same person on different playthru end up with same child stats?

Marrying the same woman through many playthroughs will result in different children. At age 4 you can begin educating them, and visiting and taking them to the market or restaurant can effect stats. Also, once in awhile while visiting your base, Comrades with Bond Status of at least Friends can randomly decide to train the child in a skill. Marrying the same woman starting from a save can result in the same children stats,but starting a new game wipes the slate clean

Thank you I believe some video I saw gave me wrong info to always marry Dong Bai which I did and still end up with weird stats.. I wanted LDR/WAR or GOV/INT but keep getting children of low stats in either 1. I also ended up with very random stats that end up difficult to raise proficiency and just focus on skills.

It's all completely random and luck. In my current game, I'm playing Ma Chao, and I just had a Red Dragon son and a Vermillion Bird daughter, with the same wives I've had crappy children with before.

Didn't spend time with them, merely set focus LDR the moment they are born because Caocao been attacking my puny troop for 10 years. I am basically hopping between 2 city just to fend off 100k with 20k troop while 2nd city regen. So the focus selection and time spent with them has nothing to do. The child that was born no stats were above 75
This is what I got. Now I feel like remaining free officer just to spend time with them.
The only child I totally didn't even bother to look at had better growth.
