System tab will show DirectX software which should be 11.
Display tab you need to look at the area showing Feature Levels. At least 11.0 and above must be shown to indicate graphic chip is a DirectX hardware for 11.
Or go and buy a cheap graphic card like 750Ti. It will work..
The first page of dxdiag only shows the version of the installed software, not the features the card will use. That's, as Rogue mentioned, on the display page, under drivers.
My guess would be it won't run. Information I found says HD 3000 supports DX up to 10.1. It also uses shared memory, which might result in bad performance if you run 4gb or less.
So even if it runs, there is a high probability of you not being able to properly play.
