Laptop GTX FPS Problem Solve!?
If you read my previous Discussion about my pc specs and this game problems, I might have a solution to your laptop with a GTX in it. I will go into full details on how to do everything here. If you see me mess up somewhere here, just say it on this discussion, and sorry to waste your time on reading all of this.

Well, first you need to have a Nvidia Laptop with a graphics card 750TI, or higher, unless you have a 1050 or higher GPU laptop, you should be fine.
Next you need to download the game Toukiden Kiwami onto your Steam Account, if you have the game.
Before you get to the game, and the menu for it, best to switch it from your intergrated to Nvidia.

Step 1. Go to Nvidia Control Panel.

Step 2. Go to your 3D setting.

Step 3. From there you should see - Global Setting/Programs Setting- side by side.

Step 4. Go to Program Setting, under the (Select a program to customize:)
Make sure that under this box you click on the Check Mark box under it.
Look for the program Toukiden Kiwami_en.exe, and the japanese title for it, which will be in full Japanese word.
If you can't find the program through there, click on the button (Add) next to it. From there you can look for the program you need to put in the Nvidia Driver.
Can't find the program in the Add section, will you just need to click on the Browse button to find it in your Hard Drive file.

When it takes you to the File Manager, this should be pretty simple to do.
Go to your (OS (C:) windows drviver, depend on what you name your C: Driver.
Go to Program Files(x86) folder.
Scroll down til you see the (Steam) folder, click on it, scroll down again til you see (steamapps), click it, then go to (common) folder and scroll down to (TOUKIDEN Kiwami) folder, and inside you should see the file (ToukidenKiwami_en). Make sure to choose this specific folder and (ToukidenKiwamiLauncher) file too. basically do this all over again to get it.

Step 5. Once you selected the program. at number (2. Select the preferred graphic processor), change the (Auto Select, or Intergrated Grahpics) to your (High performance NVIDIA processor).
From within that selection, go to number 3. , you should see all the options to choose from, from which what you can choose for the game to run like. Best to let everything on default beside changing the (Power management mode to Prefer maximum performance).

Step 6. Once your done with the set up for both files, make sure you downloaded the program (Nvidia Inspector). I will not have any donwload links, since there are multiple out there, just google it.

Step 7. If you have already download the program Nvidia Inspector, and the program that came with it Nvidia Profile Inspector, make sure to update it to latest version and here is what you need to do.
Open up the Nvidia Inspector program and make sure you put both of the program on your desktop screen, it should show you your GPU status.
Next to your (Driver Version) on the right hand side there should be a small green icon, click on it and it will take you to the Nvidia Profie Inspector.
Within the Nvidia Profile Inspector program it should look similiar to your core GPU driver, but with more options to choose from.

Step 8. On the very top left, you should see the word (Profile:), that will allow you to choose the toukiden program and any other games you have on your pc. You can scroll down to find your program, or just click and search with it. To find the Toukiden program you need to type in where you put the program, for me it would be: c\program files(86)\steam\steamapps\ToukidenKiwami\ToukidenKiwami_en.exe and the launcher version.
When you select the program, go down and look for (Frame Rate Limiter) under (Sync and Refresh).
What you want to do is choose one out of these options: 29.5fps, 30.5fps, 30fps(Frame Rate Limiter v2), or 0x0000001E PS_FRAMERATE_LIMITER_FPS_30. Click Apply Changes at the top right corner. Then exit the program. Everthing should be save, so don't worry.
One of these should help make the game run better, if one doesn't seem to work, choose another one.

Step 9. Now it gets to the good part, open up Toukiden Kiwami game, it should show you the configuration screen.
Switch language to English, best to turn off Fullscreen, choose your resolution, choose your graphic settings, and turn on Stabilization, this should be what you need to do.

Step 10. When the game run, it should run at a solid 30fps rate only on window mode. Fullscreen will make the game run slower, no matter what you choose in graphic wise and resolution.

AND there you have it, the game should run perfectly for you now, well at least for me. I'm running it 30pfs on 720p, high graphics on, 1080p tend to be slow.

As for my laptop specs here it is
i5-6500hq, Nvidia GTX 960m, 2gb vram, 8gb ram, 1tb.

One very important thing I miss, make sure that at the top you add the .exe for the profile you made, just in case the game doesn't run well.

i did not follow all the steps (just until the 5th step) and it works much better already x_x i hope that they will fix this soon

Less likely they will fix this problem, but hopefully for Toukiden 2 that is coming out this year will have a better outcome instead of this.
And I'm glad of being of any help to you.

Thanks a lot bro, your instructions gave me a huge gaming-experience leap from playing Taichi to playing Devil May Cry. The only thing dat is different to yours is my full-screen mode working better. Now I really enjoy this game and have been playing for more than 50 hours in just one week.
Again, appreciate your help. You are the true man whom steam community needs :)

Just like Lesca, I followed your instructions up to step 5, and it's playable now in windowed mode, using a 1600x900 resolution. Before that, it had a big FPS drop all the time, making it unplayable.

Thanks a lot, now I can play the game :D
