How do i add a spawn?

You mean the starting position? Or are you trying to spawn monsters to fight in the world map? Right click anywhere and select [Set Player Starting Position] if it's the first one.

What if right click on the map does nothing? I can't get a party start position, I may have a mouse compatability issue running windows 10. I fix the mouse speed problem but I can't perform any right click commands on the map. All it does is if I right click twice it will change layers.

Then switch to the event layer instead of playing around in the map layers.
