tutorial for sprites

can someone give a software for making sprites for rm2k3 and tutorial for making it and animations and other stuff? if the tutorial is for photoshop better. thx

I don't have a tutorial, but I do know that you can create sprites in any photo editing software such as paint, paint.NET, photoshop and Game Character Hub (GCH for short), however in all of these you would have to hand draw them unless you used another persons sprite sheet as a guide line. However there is a petition going around to convince the developers of the RPG Maker series to make an update so that GCH will support RM2k3 characters without having to draw them by hand. http://steamcommunity.com/app/292230/discussions/0/598198356171015044/
