Unable to create the file rpg_rt.Idb

So three month ago i format one of my HD by error and of course it was the one that have a lot of things and among these things there was all my RPG Maker files (2000 to MV)

I managed to recover 70% from the contents of my HD (included the RPG Maker files) with EaseUS.

Today i want to check if there is nothing wrong with one project i have on Rpg Maker 2003.
The project opens without any problem and all the maps are there, even the database is intact. But as I expected I have nothing in the graphics but black for almost everything.

So I start to import the files that are missing but at the time of doing "apply" to change the chipsets for example I have this message:
"unable to create the file, "project location"\rpg_rt.Idb

Someone would know how to fix the problem?
