RPG maker 2003 RTP is not found

So! I sent a ZIP file containing everything my RPG game needs, (BGM, chipsets, charsets, title, systems, sounds, monsters, etc. to my friend. When he clicked RPG_RT, he said a window popped that said, "RPG maker 2003 RTP is not found" What? Am I supposed to put the RPG_RT in the game files, or what? Any help is appreciated

If you're not using any of the RTPs, (and it is recommended, in order to lower the file size of your project dramatically) you can do this simple thing to make your project autonomous :

Open the file "RPG_RT.ini" which is in the project folder, near the .exe file (you can open it with Bloc-notes)
add this line :

FullPackageFlag=1

And tada ! This line will say that your game doesn't need any of the RTP. (but will most likely crash if trying to use a ressource of the RTP)
