Jump Scares?

Just curious, is this a jump scare type game? Suspense? Creepy? Gory? That fabolous dawning horror that comes from slow realization?

And even if it's not a jump scare game are they any at all? I'm a wuss when it comes to them... Thanks!

I just completed this game this weekend and there are little to no jump scares. A lot of the horror factor in this game comes from the audio, it is very well done.

This isn't that kind of horror game, except maybe for the "dawning horror that comes from slow realization" part. In fact I'd hesitate to call it a horror game at all. It's more of a slow-burning mystery. The things that can kill you in Sylvio are usually far less scary than the atmosphere of dread and loneliness. The "monsters" do keep you on your toes though, and might sneak up on you if you get distracted, especially while in cramped quarters.
