Help! How can I get the key of room 103 ?

Have the same issue. I have the weapon already. The key though. Spent 20 minutes trying to get it, still didn't manage to find a way,

I got it. get to the window in room 101. talk to the tree. fill the ballon with water and throw it to the monster outside the window~
