Trilby's Notes, anyone?

I'm playing the demo, and really enjoying it. The dual worlds (oppressively plain vs horrifying) and the pills connecting them reminds me of Trilby's Notes, one of the adventure games written by Yahtzee, the Zero Punctuation guy. The graphics aren't as good, and the controls leave something to be desired, but it's a good game nonetheless.
