DECEMBER+17=29 and July+25=32

12+17 = 29 and 7+25 = 32

OMG I already had the right way to figure it out but I brain farted and thought July was the 8th month not the 7th. I was off by one!!!

I just wanted to share that I'm a fu-king intellectual. I had to google the solution because in my world December is the 11th month, so my answer was 2832.
