Itward (spoilers)
Does his name refer to Inpatient Wards? Just thinking, if Remor possibly could refer to Remorse.. A lot of things in this game are clearly symbolic, but I may be over-reaching

No, you have a point. I thought of this immediantly when he said his name.. I came to the conclusion that he's like a safety belt for the patients. He's the imaginary friend for the really mentally ill patients.. in the IT Ward? (Since the twins could also see him) ? ~just my opinion..
