Fran Bow Ending (Contain spoiler)
So, I've just finished the game. It was so good I literally cried at the ending. I don't even know why I cried? Was it because Aunt Grace evilness? Was it because Mr. Midnight can't talk anymore? Was it because it was Fran all along who murdered her parents? I really am don't know why I cried. But I did cry. I was expecting a much more drammatic ending, though. But I feel very satisfied with the game regardless. The ending left me with so much question though:
1) who is the little fran that the Fran we play as met in the bedroom? Was she real?
2) Did Fran fully understand that she killed her parents? Was she insane already? Was Remor real?
3) Was Mr. Midnight died in the murder night? Who's the cat in the coffin?
4) In the end, I think Fran is going to Ithersta or whatever you spell it. Does this mean she's insane? What reality is she living? Will she die in there?
5) Who's Itward really is?
6) Why aunt Grace refer Mr. Midnight as little traitor?
7) When Mr. Midnight can talk, was it Fran's imagination?
8) Was aunt Grace and Dr. Oswald die in the end? Or they simply transferred to another reality?
9) What happener to Dr. Deern?
10) Was Mabuka evil? I think her son, Remor, is evil, yes. But was his mother evil? I think she was horrifying, yes. But was she really evil?

You have to remember that Fran is constantly popping pills thus rendering her an unreliable narrator. i.e. nothing she experiences should be taken at face value.. Remember at the beginning of the game? She starts hallucinating immediately after taking a single pill..

1. Probably a hallucination
2. I think she knew it, but refused to come to terms with it. Remor is a hallucination
3. The cat in the coffin is (probably) Mr. Midnight, this would explain why he keeps showing up and talking. He's not real
4. Fran got shot in the end, she dies and goes to the afterlife aka Ithersta
5. Itward is "My Imaginary Friend", that's the name of the chapter that introduces him.. Also: Itward = I T Ward = Intensive Treatment Ward
6. Hallucinations, again
7. Yes
8. In the end Fran has emptied the bottle of pills in record time. I think it's safe to say that she can't distinguish between fantasy and reality anymore
9. Who knows?
10. Mabuka is probably another delusion. Remor = remorse, for killing her parents..

Keep in mind, this is my own personal interpretation of the game. A lot of people would probably disagree, but most people on here conviniently "forget" the fact that Fran's constantly strung out on pills during her entire plight.. ;)
