1. Probably a hallucination
2. I think she knew it, but refused to come to terms with it. Remor is a hallucination
3. The cat in the coffin is (probably) Mr. Midnight, this would explain why he keeps showing up and talking. He's not real
4. Fran got shot in the end, she dies and goes to the afterlife aka Ithersta
5. Itward is "My Imaginary Friend", that's the name of the chapter that introduces him.. Also: Itward = I T Ward = Intensive Treatment Ward
6. Hallucinations, again
7. Yes
8. In the end Fran has emptied the bottle of pills in record time. I think it's safe to say that she can't distinguish between fantasy and reality anymore
9. Who knows?
10. Mabuka is probably another delusion. Remor = remorse, for killing her parents..
Keep in mind, this is my own personal interpretation of the game. A lot of people would probably disagree, but most people on here conviniently "forget" the fact that Fran's constantly strung out on pills during her entire plight.. ;)
