Chapter 5 trouble.

I watched a walk-through of the game and when Fran gets to the waiting room, you have to get the guy to trade with you so you can get next in line. I watched that you have to go back to the eye and he'll explain what's wrong with the patient, but when I went to go talk to the eye again it wasn't letting me have that option. Did I accidently skip something? What's going on?!

First you have to have your ticket. Then talk with all the guys at the waiting room. Then talk again to the one with the ticket number 2 till you ask him to change them and he said no, and then you should be able to go and talk to the big eye with the new dialogues.
